Directions: Exit 66 off Rt. 17 to RT. 434 West. Turn left at the 1st light onto Pennsylvania Avenue. The Church is on the left across the street from the Apalachin Fire Department, about a quarter mile from Rt. 434.

 Join the Phelps Mansion Museum as we kick off our Fall luncheon programs.

Historian and Press & Sun Bulletin columnist, Gerald Smith, will be giving a presentation based on a number of his columns concerning the history of Binghamton. The luncheon starts at 12:00pm while the program starts at 1:00pm.
