That is a free Library program that Judy McMahon started in 2007. It celebrates the art of the short story and gives local actors the opportunity to give dramatic presentations of these stories. Every last Monday of the month, except for December and January, and Labor Day, it takes place in the Decker Room of the Broome County Library, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. We call it ‘a cocktail hour for the mind’!
