Fine Arts Society of the Southern Tier (FASST) has been promoting the arts throughout the Southern Tier of New York for over 100 years, founded in 1898 and incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1982.
Our mission is to foster an interest in and appreciation of the arts by the community at large, and encourage the growth and development of FASST members in their artistic pursuits.
Members have the opportunity to showcase their work online through the FASST website gallery, and participate in classes/workshops, bus trips, monthly educational demonstrations, and other events offered to the membership.
FASST meets on the fourth Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m. from September through June, except December, at Vestal Public Library, 320 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, NY 13850. The public is welcome.
People with an interest in the arts are encouraged to join us for the wonderful programs and the chance to mingle with local artists and art enthusiasts. Members attend meetings free of charge and non-members are assessed a nominal fee.
