Beer Pairing Dinner at Factory by Beer Tree Brew Co.

Join us on Thursday, April 6th from 6:30pm-8:30pm in our Beer Hall at Factory for a four course dinner of small plates designed to pair perfectly with carefully selected Beer Tree Brews! We’ll be joined by owner Chris Rhoades who will discuss the process, styles, and tasting notes of each beer, and Chef Michael who will speak about how they pair with each course.
$60 ticket price includes your $50 Pairing Dinner & 20% gratuity.
First Course: Yellowfin tuna, kimchi, crispy wonton, and ginger soy syrup – paired with Stave Series 12 Month Foeder Aged Lager
Second Course: Korean BBQ grilled beef tenderloin, bibb lettuce, cilantro, bean sprouts, and fresh lime – paired with Trippy Tree Mango Pineapple Orange Fruited Sour
Third Course: Duck wing l’orange, braised leeks, herbs de provence, cous cous, rosemary gaufrettes – paired with Juice Land (Citra, Rakau, Galaxy) NEIIPA
Fourth Course: Malted vanilla cannoli, dried strawberry, aged balsamic, dark chocolate – paired with Bourbon Barrel Aged Neapolitan Shake Ice Cream Stout
