The Greater Binghamton Office of Placemaking is planning their next “Pop Up” in partnership with the Visit Binghamton Film Office, bringing the Better Cities Film Festival to Binghamton! Join us on Saturday, April 29th from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM on State Street in Downtown Binghamton for films created by local and out-of-town filmmakers, discussions on Placemaking in Greater Binghamton, and a street festival featuring live music, food & drink, chalk art, and more!
