On Saturday, January 28 at 7:30pm at the Broome County Forum Theatre, the Philharmonic will present “Wallenberg Festival,” a joint concert with the Binghamton Youth Symphony and Binghamton Community Orchestra in celebration of Fritz and Marianne Wallenberg’s lasting legacy of symphonic music in the Southern Tier.
