Chris and Kim Altmann have metal detected for 17 years and are the authors of a popular, 400-page book about the hobby. They are members of the “Delaware County Diggers” and have traveled to England a dozen times to unearth ancient coins and artifacts. They do presentations and workshops for historical societies, clubs, museums, schools, libraries and many other audiences. The couple is so excited to participate in the Phelps Mansion Saturday Workshop for kids, and each participant will get the opportunity to metal detect the historic Phelps property! In addition, each participant will receive a good bag to take home.  Workshop is geared towards kids 7-12 years old. To register please email info@phelpsmansion.org
