Learn the basics of photographing your family. This will include using posing, backgrounds, and a variety of light sources to create stunning portraits as well as how to capture the best candids along the way. We will work through using natural light and continuous lighting to explore how these all work in the world of portrait photography. We will discuss backgrounds and composition for portrait photography. We will also discuss posing and some of the basics of creating a flattering look.
This 60-90 minute class is for everyone who wants to take better family portraits from beginner to intermediate photographers and will give the most benefit to users of DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
This 60-90 minute class is for all levels of photographers.
When: Sunday, December 12th, from 12:30-2 PM
Where: Sean Murphy Studios at Roberson Museum
In the Carriage House across from the Roberson entrance on the second floor.
