Join the Phelps Mansion Museum for Binghamton’s July First Friday
We will be offering special architectural tours of the mansion at 615pm and 715pm. Additionally, guests are invited to take a self-guided tour anytime between 6pm and 9pm. Admission is FREE
There will be no Trolley Tour in July.
