FREE Community Slow Flow Yoga

In celebration of My Essential Yoga’s first anniversary in business, this normally scheduled class is FREE!!! Must register as space is limited to 20.

In the 60-minute session, participants will be guided through a gentle flow, connecting breath with movement to enhance flexibility and strength.

Class held in person at Dancescapes Studio. Great for beginners or online through Zoom. If you have a mat and props, bring them. We also have extras!
