Join Sherry Kowalski to experience reiki. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki will be given in a group setting, starting with a guided meditation. Please feel free to bring a yoga mat and pillow. Registration is encouraged.
