Scareousel returns to Endicott

An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until October 27, 2024
A favorite family-friendly Endicott tradition is returning to George W. Johnson Park this spooky season.
The Village of Endicott and Little Italy Endicott has once again partnered with the Endicott Fire Department and New Life Ministries to present the Scareousel at the Northside.
Beginning October 19, from 2 to 6 p.m., community members can enjoy free rides on the decorated carousel. The Headless Horseman will also be making appearances. A Halloween parade will take place during the event. Boos and ghouls of all ages are encouraged to dress up and join the parade to New Life Ministries for trunk or treat from 3 to 5 p.m. The event will include games and other activities as well.
The Scareousel will also be open from 2 to 6 on October 19, October 20, October 26, October 27, and 4 to 8 on October 31. There will also be a trick or treat on Halloween.
In addition, the organization’s will be hosting a Winter Essentials Clothing Drive for local children and adults. They are looking for hats, scarves, gloves, and socks. New items can be dropped at the Endicott Fire Department until October 18. The items will be distributed at the Halloween Scareousel event and parade on October 19.
