Sound bath Meditation with Reiki energy healing- A blissful self care , deep relaxation, and renewal for your mind, body, and soul.

While reclined comfortably in a Savasana position you will be bathed with sacred sounds lulling you into a deep, peaceful , and meditative state. A variety of instruments will be utilized for vibrational healing such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rainsticks, and rattles. Reiki natural healing energy will provided to participants collectively and individually.

These natural, holistic practices are used to reduce stress, reduce blood pressure, create positive balances in the nervous system, and remove energy blockages. As a results you will feel a renewed sense of overall wellbeing, peace, harmony, and balance.
