Step into a delightful ice cream-tasting adventure at our second annual Sundae Safari on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 5-8pm! 
Celebrate our partnerships with other outstanding nonprofit organizations as they present seven uniquely crafted sundaes inspired by our animal residents.

Bada BINGturong (Non-Dairy Option) (Fairview Recovery Services – Binturong): Enjoy the creamy richness of non-dairy vanilla, complemented by Jelly Belly Buttered Popcorn Jelly Beans.
Black and White Saintly Delight (Catholic Schools of Broome County – Black and white ruffed lemur): Dive into a heavenly blend of vanilla ice cream topped with indulgent chocolate syrup, Oreo cookies, whipped cream, M&Ms, and black licorice/twizzlers.
I’m All Ears (Southern Tier Independence Center – Fennec fox): Indulge in chocolate ice cream adorned with Peanut Butter Cups, Graham Cracker Crumbs, Peanut Butter Drizzle, Whipped Cream, and Reese’s Pieces.
Lip-Smacking Llamacorn Sundae (Roberson Museum and Science Center – Imagination Forest, based on half llama, half unicorn): Delight in vanilla ice cream embellished with a pretzel dipped in white chocolate and edible gold/shimmer, a single candy corn, flavored popcorn, rainbow gummy tape, and a pinch of pop rocks and fun dip.
Peacock Paradise (Vegan Option) (Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network – Peacock): Savor the refreshing blend of blueberries and sliced kiwi atop blue raspberry Italian ice.
The Howler (Achieve – Red Wolves): Vanilla ice cream topped with Crushed Oreos to resemble the dirt, Caramel Sauce, Dog Print Sprinkles, and a Vanilla Wafer to complete the moonlit theme.
Tuxedo Junction (Based on penguins) (Phelps Mansion Museum – African Penguins): Enjoy vanilla ice cream drizzled with dark chocolate and marshmallow sauces, sprinkled with black and white sprinkles, and topped with a whimsical gummy penguin.
Join us for this culinary journey and indulge in these delectable treats while participating in our interactive voting system to crown the ultimate sundae champion! 
Gates open at 5 pm, with the last ticket sold at 7 pm, ensuring ample time for you and your family to savor every moment of this unforgettable event.
