Sunday Sessions are always a laid back atmosphere. This is a great ride for newer riders, kids, and experienced cyclists looking for a casual Sunday. The rides are always mountain bike rides, we will be on single-track and helmets are required. This isn’t a lesson, but the group ride leaders are more than happy to help with skill building and technique if you want us to. We are here to help you have fun on the trails!
