Help Johnson City children celebrate Halloween safely

Johnson City Neighborhood Project, the Johnson City Police, and Goodwill Theatre are thrilled to bring back our annual Trunk or Treat, a safe alternative to door-to-door trick-or-treating for children living in Johnson City and their families to enjoy free, family-friendly fun.
