Ladies of Laughter® (LOL) is all about providing funny women the opportunity to showcase their unique styles of humor. Celebrate Valentine’s Day with funny ladies Dena Blizzard and Missy Hall!
Dena Blizzard is a comedian, mother of three and creator of “One Funny Mother”, a multi-media company creating content, products and live comedy shows about “Wine, Women and Laughter”. Dena is widely known for her viral videos…the “Back to School Rant” and “Chardonnay Go” and her daily morning show on FB Live “One Funny Morning” and “Tipsy Tuesday”, with 25K daily viewers. Dena has toured her Off-Broadway show, “One Funny Mother” and “My name is NOT Mom”, which toured 75 cities throughout North America through November 2022. Dena hosted with Anderson Cooper, performed at the United Nations, served as Grand Marshal of “Chardonnay Day” in Chardonnay, France and was the Official Preliminary Host of the Miss America Pageant for ten years! Missy Hall is the Queen of Happy Things! She loves to laugh, believes pants are optional and thinks the world would be better place if dogs were in charge. She is the 2013 winner of the Laugh Out Loud Competition, has worked as a warm-up comic for Harry Connick, Jr at CBS Television, and her freshman comedy CD, “Miss Representation” was a first round Grammy nominee in 2012 for funniest comedy album. A seasoned actress/singer, Missy was featured in “Road Spill” on TruTV and in the feature film “Days of Power” with Eric Roberts released in 2018. Missy was also a finalist in the professional category of the 2018 Ladies Out Loud competition, a finalist at the 2018 Big Sky Comedy Festival, a performer at HBO’s Women in Comedy Festival, a headliner at the 2019 San Diego Comedy Festival, and made Best of the Fest in the 2019 Burbank Comedy Festival. In 2020, she performed virtually in the Big Pine Comedy Festival and once again in the Burbank Comedy Festival, grateful to only have to look fancy from the chest up.
