Slow Flow Yoga Class is a gentle 60-minute Vinyasa style class designed to awaken both body and mind. Participants will be guided step by step through a sequence designed to enhance flexibility and strength of the body and mind. The slow pace of the class helps to enhance body awareness and promotes a learning environment. Slow does not mean you won’t be challenged!
