Our icing is just the first difference you will notice. We hand make our Italian Meringue Buttercream fresh in house. The primary ingredient is real creamery butter. We don’t use shortening and butter extract and call it buttercream or “Better-cream”. The second thing you will appreciate about our cakes is that each cake is baked at the time of its being decorated. We don’t pre-bake and put in a freezer until an order comes in.
