Our Culinary Arts degree program provides students with the opportunity to turn their passion for the kitchen into a rewarding career, and the skills they need to directly enter the hospitality field as a chef or cook.
The Culinary Arts program will be housed in the college’s new Culinary and Event Center in downtown Binghamton. The facility – a complete renovation of the historic Carnegie Library — is a combination of the best of the old and new, featuring state-of-the-art classroom space, as well as garde manger and production kitchens, a fully equipped beverage lab for mixology classes, a full-dining room, a state-of-the-art lecture hall for cooking demonstrations, and more.
