Tsha is the nickname for Judith Natacha Charles the cook for Tsha’s Kitchen. Born in Haiti she started cooking very early in her life due to her reluctance of eating tasteless food. After arriving in USA, her grandma introduced her to baking and to preparing Sunday dinner for family and friends. Tsha has quickly developed a passion for cooking,. Her cooking is a mixture of all the women in the family and some of her very own recipes. Besides her love for reading she loves to cook dishes from different cultures and make it her own. She just loves to cook and it’s not a chore.
